The proposal for the design is to produced an open house, lit with a large, spacious public space and different access solutions.
Design process was to solve several problems in the current design issues : an imbalance between the sizes of the bedrooms, public space is not utilized, a small kitchen and crowded, cramped master bedroom with a balcony is not used more.
The new design proposal offers reconfigured living spaces by breaking down walls for a more open concept living which is light and airy.
A neutral pallete for the residential interiors was preffered for a relaxed atmosphere.
