Light Industrial Cool
This new 4 bedroom cluster house interior design by SohoArc epitomises the new urban design that provides raw industrial stylishness. You don need luxurious marble finish to look cool. More often rawness is combined with minimalism. For the design of this abode Soho Arc has completely re-imagined the space by breaking away from tradition to introduce designer furniture with softer edges.
The raw cement treatment to the wall surfaces to the living room room brings out the essence of new urban industrial design. The white floors and light woods provides a perfect balance to the murky cement shades. The furniture carefully chosen by the homeowners reflects the owner’s personal touch and character.
The dining area brings into focus, how different elements of textures, light and the nature from the outdoors interact with each other to provide harmony and balance to this stylish design. The floating oak wood paneling design is another key element that unifies the different spaces on this residence.
The basement houses the entertainment and study area with a adjoining patio. It has a slightly softer look with wood paneled walls and fair faced bricks weaving in seamlessly with the rest of the industrial look.
Fair faced bricks used in the study breaks the monotony of the cement screed finish. The minimal use of furniture coordinates well with volume of the space.
View of entertainment are in the basement.
The masterbedroom borrows its colour scheme from the main urban industrial theme. Glossy finished furniture and fabric panels are used to soften the urban industrial theme. With raised bed and high headboard the masterbedroom sports a classy new urban industrial design.
